Honoring Service: Quilts of Valor Presented to a Vietnam Veteran

On December 27, 2025, the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association® PA 22-13 had the privilege of presenting a Quilt of Valor to a distinguished Vietnam veteran Joe Evans. This heartfelt gesture symbolizes our deep gratitude for the sacrifices made during one of the most challenging periods in our nation’s history. Fabric Chicks Creative Oasis out of Gardnerville, NV created this Quilt of Valor to award to Joe. To date Fabric Chicks has volunteered and donated hundreds of quilts to veterans. A joint effort starting in Nevada CVMA® NV 41-3 reached out for assistance in the area. Members from CVMA® PA 22-11 and PA 22-13 were on site to present the Quilt of Valor.
